A certified Full Spectrum Doula and Massage Therapist, Heather's magic only begins with her deep knowledge and extensive experience.  Heather is currently becoming a Midwife Assistant so she can broaden her knowledge and experience.

Heather deeply follows  her intuition and leads with genuine empathy. Heather also lends herself to listen, advocate, and help you navigate hospital protocols, while providing both emotional and physical comfort throughout this journey. 

 In addition to being a beloved doula, Heather also:

• Integrates nutrition and holistic health 
• Incorporates hours of hands on massage techniques during labor 
• Supports vitality and emotional strength through the pregnancy journey
• Experience with Vaginal Breech
• Well Versed in Spinning Babies
